Terms of use

By using CourtLens you agree to these terms. They're short. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What CourtLens is

CourtLens is a fan site with NBA stats, game breakdowns and analysis. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by the NBA or any team. Team names and logos belong to their owners.

The numbers

We work hard to get the stats right, but they come from public sources and our own calculations, and they can be late or wrong. Things like win chances, matchups and "our call" picks are estimates, not facts or advice. Don't rely on them for betting or any decision with money involved.

Pick'em

Pick'em is a free game for fun. There's no entry fee and there are no prizes. We may change how scoring works, fix mistakes in results, or remove picks that break these terms.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in to yourself. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
• Pick a display name and add social handles that are yours and aren't offensive or impersonating someone.
• We can remove names or handles, or close accounts, that break these rules.

Fair use

• Don't scrape the site in bulk, overload it, or try to break into it.
• Don't use the stats assistant to generate spam or anything illegal.
• Sharing screenshots and share cards is welcome.

No warranty

CourtLens is provided as is. We don't promise it will always be available or error-free, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses that come from using it.

Privacy

How we handle your data is explained in our privacy policy.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top. Using the site after that means you accept the new version.
